Do Less, But do it Better

This translates over to exercise very nicely, and has become my training philosophy...

Many people in the gym do a mind-numbing number of exercises, sets, and switch up their exercises very often. They aren’t able to gain much because they never stick to a single exercise, or because they’re too distracted to focus on one exercise, one set at a time because it’s just 1 set of 20+ sets they’ll be doing that day.
