Strength Training Simplified. Part I – The Exercises

This is part 1 of a short series I’ll be doing that explains in detail the programming principles I have found to be most effective for most people over my last 7 years as a trainer.

Training should be simple.

A guy who preaches complicated programming is probably the type of guy that likes to go out to the ‘clurb’ and trade saliva with his best friend’s girlfriend in front of his own girlfriend just to start drama and be the center of attention for one night.

But this isn’t the attention you want is it?
